had a work out with my trainer today along with 1.85 miles on the elliptical. worked with the wiiiii for just a couple of minutes.

well, we've been looking for a Nintendo Wii for a couple of months and today we finally found one.

Oh My God ... what a workout!!

i was doing the boxing (bag) and burned about 14 cals a minute for quite some time. it was great (i even smashed DH's score to bits!!) but of course he totally kicked my ass on tennis.

very very fun!!
