fill

so I've gained 20 pounds overall (not counting the bloat/water weight
I've lost)... not too bad at all... surgery center was very
pleased! so am I actually...

I got a 3.0 fill for a total of 4.0... I didn't know I had 1.0 in
me... made an appt for next month just in case...

liquids today, mushies start tomorrow...
