SLACKING in eating lately - ok the past 3 months... not working out,
weight WAYYYY UP...
on bike at gym now. I'm SO out of shape 3.3 mph on tmill wiped me
out... 15 tread, 15 bike, 15 tread again or elliptical... 3-4x a week
