ok, so i was really nauseated / light headed today. i worked out on the elliptical for 1/2 hour and on the bike for about 15 minutes.
i needed substance.... so i am going to do k/e with 1 higher calorie meal if i feel light headed. tonight i had about 1/2 of a rib eye steak and it was absolutely incredible!!! if i do not notice the pounds "melting off" (i would consider .75 lbs a day melting) i am going to switch to a full fledged Atkins (sans most veggies).
here's my eating for today. even after the rib eye i still stayed under 800 cals. (click pic to make larger).
