i went off Atkins / low carb and brought myself completely out of ketosis. of course the scale says i am up and i believe it. but that's ok...
i just finished my 2nd piece of biscotti before i start LC lifestyle tomorrow.
i've been really bad with (not) logging my food. that is going to start tomorrow as well.
ideally i'd love to keep it under 10 carbs a day, but i'd be happy with 15.
