July goals

it helps if you write your goals down.
i want to lose 25 pounds in July and this is how i plan to do it.

  • eat primarily low carb
    • ideally 10 gm carbs, 20 absolute maximum (per day)
    • if i go off plan, pick myself back up same day
      • work K/E for 3 days if i go off plan
  • exercise 4 times a week absolute minimum
    • 30 minutes cardio minimum
    • crunches !!!!! aim for 3 sets of 15 a day (both regular and twists)
  • minimum of 60 ounces of water / crystal light a day
  • days i do not work out, play on the wii for 20+ minutes
