it helps if you write your goals down.
i want to lose 25 pounds in July and this is how i plan to do it.
- eat primarily low carb
- ideally 10 gm carbs, 20 absolute maximum (per day)
- if i go off plan, pick myself back up same day
- work K/E for 3 days if i go off plan
- exercise 4 times a week absolute minimum
- 30 minutes cardio minimum
- crunches !!!!! aim for 3 sets of 15 a day (both regular and twists)
- minimum of 60 ounces of water / crystal light a day
- days i do not work out, play on the wii for 20+ minutes
