i am eating crap ...
today -
breakfast
breakfast burrito 1/3 of it
- scrambled egg
- beef (not sure what kind it was)
- chipolte sauce
- tomatoes
hot chocolate - BIG mug
1/2 glass of grapefruit juice
"snack"
venti chai frap from Starbucks (no whipped cream)
"snack 2"
several (7-8ish) mini brownies
dinner will more than likely be thai. not sure though.
gee - wonder why i'm not losing weight .. i need some tough love.
starting my version of Atkins (yes, again) tomorrow.
