i didnt think that podcast was ever going to end!! i did my first couch to 5K program today. that's 5 mins of warm up, 60 seconds running, 90 seconds walking and repeat that until you have 20 mins of running/walking then an additional 5 mins of cooling down/walking. 30 mins total.
it was nice, but damn my legs were just screaming!!
i took jachut's suggestion from LBT and went slower. i think the fastest i went was 4.2 MPH. i felt funny doing it though, but i dont think i would have been able to go as long not doing it.
