night before platics and 2 days post op

in some SERIOUS swell hell... even my fingers / toes are swollen so bad that they look like i weigh 400 pounds again.

We've never spoken but I first saw your posts at LBT. I just wanted to leave a completely random comment. To see your before and after pictures is remarkable. You are a true inspiration. You look so great! From previous posts, I can tell this is something that you've wanted for quite some time now--good for you, I'm glad you were able to have this surgery and are doing so well post-op.
