one not so good thing about WW

it really stresses that you need to get in your allotted points (30 for me right now) and i find myself at the end of the night (like now) with only 22ish points consumed ...

soooo ... i go for the garbage (getting ready to eat WW ice cream right now)... yes, it could be worse, but i dunno...

i think i may try this week with not as many points and see what happens...

They want you to lose slowly, they make more money that way. So, they have you eat as many calories as you can and still lose. ;)

You can be below, don't freak about it. 1 point is roughly 50 calories, give or take depending on fat and fiber. So 30 points is like 1500 a day. You could cut that back some and it not be bad, kwim?

1500 seems like a lot for a bandster. You don't need to eat as much quantity as another person on WW, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. You know, they should make a WW program just for bandsters that takes into account the smaller quantity of food you can eat in a day.
