yes, yes ...i know

i havent posted in a long time. i wish i could say i've been busy, but i've just been lazy on posting. i have been working out. in fact, i've been working out very hard!! :)

i've been getting on the elliptical and was on for 53 minutes twice!! its awesome, i burn over 1000 cals in less than an hour!

my weight is ok, but i am losing inches!!! YAY!! went shopping this weekend and bought (and wore) a t-shirt that is size 18/20 !!! OMG!!!!

bad losing jusme ...

ok, so i havent posted much the past 2 days.

i didnt work out thursday or friday but went for 1 1/2 hours on Saturday. Kari worked with me and it was pretty good. she had me do a lot of different exercises that i've never done before (and not sure if i ever want to do again - YOUCH!!)

eating hasnt been the greatest, but could have been worse. DH and i are going out on a date tonight ... :)

i really wanted to sweat it out today and it worked!! :) i think there is something wonky with my HR monitor and the bike i was on, it registed my HR VERY VERY high (in the 200s). i will log it but its not 100% accurate...

i have my annual physical today so i got to sleep in. that was not necessarily a good thing ... : \ my routine needs to remain the same. i did not want to go into the gym this morning at all and did not push myself as hard as i should have / could have.

on a different note, i am down EIGHT pant sizes ... i started at a 42/44 and this weekend i bought a pair of 26 jeans. yes, that is still big, but i'm getting there! :)

today i am going to work on eating well just for today. that means no chocolate today and it's hard cause i think the time of the month is approaching ... YAY!! **eye roll**
