i am so sore from Kari yesterday, i did things i've never done before (laying on a foam roll and inching up...) my hip hurts so much it was difficult to sleep last night...

i am up just a bit over a pound. not sure if it is because i weighed later than i usually do or because of my vacation... we'll see tomorrow
