not nearly as good as a workout as yesterday, the facilities were MUCH better so i dunno why... just not really motivated i guess

- Heartrate - Max = 133 (73%) Average = 116(64%) - yeah ... i know ... :(
- 60 - 70% = 08min 36sec
- 70 - 80% = 03min 36sec
- 80 - 90% = 00min 00sec
- Strength Training
- 07 mins 41 secs 52 cals
- Heartrate - Max = 103 (57%) Average = 92 (51%)
Overall not a great but not a horrible workout
