W1/D2 notes/activity 941 cals

today is day 2 of my challenge to myself.

i actually woke up at 500 today to get a little extra ooomph in. it really wasnt that bad. i usually get up at 520, so 20 mins wasnt horrid!

i worked my ass off today and was STARVING by the end of the night ... hense the mud pie ice cream bar... MMMMMMmmmmmm

  • Stretching Exercises will be completed tonight

Overall an excellent workout
