W1/D3 notes/activity 733 cals

today is day 3 of my challenge to myself.

woke up again at 5, it was actually easier today. of course i didnt work out longer. it was a struggle to get in my 30 mins of cardio for some reason. i did not push myself heartrate wise as i have the past 2 days but it was more than i would have done before i started the challenge...

workout summary - 733 cals

  • cardio - treadmill/elliptical for 31 mins 30 secs
  • up to 10.5% incline
  • up to 3.5? MPH
  • Heartrate - Max = 153 (85%) Average = 135 (75%)
  • 60 - 70% = 3min 20sec
  • 70 - 80% = 23min 09sec
  • 80 - 90% = 4min 52sec

  • strength training
  • 1m 45sec - i just wanted to work my legs, but the machine would not cooperate and i was too frustrated
  • Heartrate - Max = 116 (64%) Average = 110 (61%)
  • Stretching Exercises will be completed tonight

Overall an ok workout
