W1/D4 notes/activity 430 cals

today is day 4 of my challenge to myself.

i really did not want to work out today and it was a half-hearted effort ... :( i changed my mind about 2 mins in that i would do my double work out then realized i had to be at work early so changed my mind again ... not a good thing.

workout summary - 430 cals

  • cardio - treadmill for 7 mins 54 secs, bike for 13 mins 0 secs
  • up to 7% incline
  • up to 3.4 MPH
  • Heartrate - Max = 164 (91%) Average = 116 (about 64%)
  • 60 - 70% = 17min 13sec
  • 70 - 80% = 3min 05sec
  • 80 - 90% = 0min 6sec
  • see? Aweful!!!

  • Strength Training - 10 mins 01 secs
  • Heartrate - Max = 103(57%) Average = 93(51%)

  • Stretching Exercises will be completed tonight

Overall a truly crappy workout
