today is day 4 of my challenge to myself.
i really did not want to work out today and it was a half-hearted effort ... :( i changed my mind about 2 mins in that i would do my double work out then realized i had to be at work early so changed my mind again ... not a good thing.
workout summary - 430 cals
- cardio - treadmill for 7 mins 54 secs, bike for 13 mins 0 secs
- up to 7% incline
- up to 3.4 MPH
- Heartrate - Max = 164 (91%) Average = 116 (about 64%)
- 60 - 70% = 17min 13sec
- 70 - 80% = 3min 05sec
- 80 - 90% = 0min 6sec see? Aweful!!!
- Strength Training - 10 mins 01 secs
- Heartrate - Max = 103(57%) Average = 93(51%)
- Stretching Exercises will be completed tonight
Overall a truly crappy workout
