1 wedge Laughing Cow light cheese

2-3 oz baby blends salad w/ red onions, 3 cubes of ham and a pinch of shredded cheddar
each bite had a dab of ranch dressing.
oh boy those onions were strong!!!
Snack
1 oatmeal dark chocolate cookie
1 Atkins Mocha shake
dinner
Italian herb fish
cajun fish (i needed to up my cals, not sure how this will work with me being so restricted)
.5 cup green beans (canned)
.5 cup baby blends salad
.5 TBSP peppercorn ranch salad dressing
sometime during the day i am also going to have 1 cup of V8 light splash berry blends.
