had a training session with Steph today. wow, it had been about a
month and I felt it!!
did 2 mins running 2 walk 1 run as well.
LOTS of ab/core work, arms and legs.
measurements:
neck - same
chest - down .5
upper arm - down .25
forearm - same
waist - down .5
hips - down 1
thigh - down .25
calf - same
total lost - 2.5 inches last month.. not bad.
my body fat% is down to 33.1 (1.2% more lost will put me in the
"normal" category) it was 39% in June.
