head hunger is a bitch today...

i am so not physically hungry. i just had a nice lunch with about 3 pieces of shrimp **eyeroll**, some salsa type stuff and some whole wheat orzo pasta. it was OK... i can feel the food in my pouch, so i know i am not physically hungry... but i want to eat something. preferably chocolate...
