not nearly as good as a workout as yesterday, the facilities were MUCH better so i dunno why... just not really motivated i guess

we were on vacation but i still managed to get a pretty good work out in... in addition to the structured workout, we walked pretty much all day - including incline and some stairs

vacation

going on a vacation Monday thru Thursday ... i will start logging week 2 on Sunday April 1

the hotels do have cardio rooms so i will hopefully get at least 1 or 2 days of cardio in there...

woke up again at 5, it was actually easier today. of course i didnt work out longer. it was a struggle to get in my 30 mins of cardio for some reason. i did not push myself heartrate wise as i have the past 2 days but it was more than i would have done before i started the challenge...

last night i read the book by Bob Greene Total Body Makeover. it basically gives me the structure that i need to get my ass in gear and drop this weight for good.

i really did not want to get up and start working out today. it's sunday and we slept in a bit, it took a lot of just sitting there w/ my DD and DH before i got moving.

so i drove to the gym and did my cardio. i really pushed myself harder than i have lately.
