Well if that is the case...then so do I. Yesterday I did a 10 miler. I ran 4, walked 5 and then ran the last 1. Believe me I can hardly walk today. A 15K is nothing to squawk at! You did something that A LOT of people would never even consider doing...especially just 2 months after a MAJOR operation. So a slow workout is not something to be ashamed about.
I am not going to let you get down on yourself. I have dedicated myself your own personal cheerleader...just don't expect cartwheels CAUSE I CAN'T DO THEM! Maybe a handstand...but probably not!
