goals...

thanks guys for posting your goals...
my immediate goal is to start training next week (Tuesday). here is my training schedule (long distances are on Sundays so that will be posted NEXT week.
ideally, i want to do all of these 100%. its not that difficult (about 40 mins a day), its just getting up and doing it...

Just getting up and doing it...Isn't that always the key. Dang it... Why can't it be easier. Oh yeah, cause then it wouldn't be worth doing!
