27May08 fuel

i still havent eaten the dessert yet. not very hungry right now, but i'd rather budget for it. it's a weight watcher's key lime pie..

yup, i ate the dessert and a couple bites of the BBQ pork after that... not horrible, but not great either. pork was about 50 cals.

yeah, well you can have my extra ... i had 3 bites of a roast later ... DH said "im hungry" and that triggered something ... 'me too...'

gahhhh. it wasnt bad at all, but i didnt need it.

At least it is protein and NOT candy, chips, or something awful. Just make sure that you record it. Yes...go back and put it in there. Estimate if you have to but you will most likely stop eating it if you have to take the time to put in down on the computer. That is the trick that I used. I got tired of writing down "licked approximately 1/2 tsp of sauce off my fingers". I stopped licking anything off my fingers. I know...ANAL RETENTIVE!

the funny thing is that i even logged in in MFD (myfooddiary.com) before a bite went in my mouth... i think i even overestimated a tad on the weight... i didnot update my blog with it though (not with the picture of the cals/etc..., but i did 'confess' that i ate it..)

there you go. That is good. As long as you record it, that is all that matters. You are not going to turn this around in one day. "short step" it!

Where do you get the "Oh Yeah" stuff? I've never seen it! I've heard Tracyinks talk about their stuff. I wanna try it!
