a year already...

it's so hard to believe that it's been a year since we lost Ambyr.
she really was the BEST dog I've ever had.. she is still so missed...

running rocks!!

so i started week 2 for my Couch to 5K program this week. according to my body bugg, i burned 15.7 cals / minute at my peak... HOLY SHIT. i am so psyched!



on a personal note, i miss my Ambyr. terribly. my other dogs miss her as well. they are smelling her on some laundry i still need to do (and just dont want to) and laying on the towels that we used for her to lay on... 8**** (

she left this world today and "jumped over the rainbow" as DD said.
