Starbucks Chicken sandwich ... yummie!

Macaroni Grill Spinach Artichoke

Few handfuls of gingerbread mini cookies. **eyeroll**

so it was a high calorie day, figuring out tomorrow right now.

not bad. i did get quite hungry later in the evening. instead of going for chips though, i had another chicken strip.

Kashi Oatmeal Dark Chocolate cookie - yummo!

1/4 cup Cottage Cheese 1%
whipped with 1/4 cup frozen cherries

dinner
2 chicken breast strips (abt 3 oz)
2 tbsp Pace chipotle salsa
Mukimame Blend (soy beans, green beans & mushrooms) steamed w/ a bit of spicy stuff on top

snack
1 chicken strip w/ chipotle salsa

fuck it. we'll see what happens when I have a reasonable balance of
