only did about 7 minutes on the bike today, but i had a 55 minute session w/ Steph this morning. oh boy, i am so tired!! she really knows how to push me and takes me farther than where Keri took me so tahts a good thing.
another good thing - down almost 2 pounds so i must be doing something right... : )
